I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LHMC) and owner of Vibrant Therapy in Ankeny, Iowa. I focus on individual therapy. I take a trauma-informed approach while focusing on traumatic experiences, perinatal, obsessive-compulsive disorder, life transitions, grief & loss, depression, and anxiety.
I have a profound respect for using Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) with my clients who have experienced previously negative events in their lives. I also utilize Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) to work through OCD, anxiety, and phobias.
